1.5 This is a subscription-based service that automatically renews unless canceled. Please carefully review Section 6 ("Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds") for details regarding payment obligations, renewal terms, and cancellation policies.

4.3 Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Acorn is not responsible for any harm to your device, loss of data, or other damages resulting from your use of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
5.1 All content provided on the Services, including text, audio files, logos, and software, is owned by Acorn or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.2 You retain ownership of any User Content you upload to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Acorn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
6.1 Subscription Services: Acorn offers subscription plans with varying access levels. Payment is required in advance, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
6.2 Free Trials: Acorn may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan. Free trial eligibility is determined at Acorn’s sole discretion.
6.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store, Google Play, or your account settings on our Website. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
6.4 Refunds: Payments made through app stores are subject to their respective refund policies. Acorn does not process refunds for in-app purchases. Contact the app store for assistance with refunds.
6.5 Pricing and terms for subscriptions are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes via email or the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acorn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7.2 Acorn’s total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
8.3 For EU Residents: If you are a resident of the European Union, these Terms shall not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory laws of the country in which you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your habitual residence within the EU.
